feat(layout): add coordinate space modifiers

Summary

• Add coordinateSpace(_:) and coordinateSpace(name:), using each view's animated position and size to define its named coordinate space.
• Add _CoordinateSpaceModifier and DocC comments with usage examples for both overloads.

Validated the public declarations against the 6.5.4 SDK interface. Scoped Swift 5 type checking and documentation checks passed.
