Summary
Replace database polling in the live traffic SSE endpoint with event-driven updates using an in-memory broadcaster when Redis Pub/Sub is unavailable.
Changes Made
/api/traffic/stream.InMemoryTrafficBroadcasterwith per-subscriber queues to deliver traffic events to connected clients.traffic_eventevent with the expected traffic payload fields.Testing
Known Limitations
Expected Outcome
Live traffic updates are delivered through event-driven SSE without periodic database polling, while preserving Redis Pub/Sub support and providing a fallback for single-instance deployments without Redis.
