Add Slack AI Agent and Service Provider

Summary

• Adds a new Slack AI Agent plugin (ai-agents/slack/) with 30 actions: channel management, messaging, threads, search, users, reactions, pins, and file operations
• Adds Slack OAuth2 service provider (service-providers/slack/) for workspace authentication
• Follows the existing agent architecture pattern (extends ConnectedServiceToolAgent, LLM-powered intent pipeline, async event-based output)
