[Bug]: Add O&O DiskImage Premium to ignore list

Wau has updated O&O DiskImage Premium v21 to V22.

PLS: Don't do that it a paid Software. New Version needs a new Key!

That's not an WAU issue, that's a winget/packaging issue. Instead of keeping different packages for different major versions, they keep just one. Add it to your blacklist/remove from whitelist. Or pin the version with mods

That might be true, but WAU shouldn't fail to prevent these issues in the first place just because a package isn't perfectly structured on the winget side.
Furthermore, managing this via a local blacklist isn't reliable right now because WAU's own auto-update mechanism completely wipes the local blacklist file during the update process. That's a separate bug in itself, but it prevents the local blacklist from being a viable workaround.
A built-in, global handling/blacklist for such common packaging edge cases within WAU would prevent these unexpected major-version upgrades from breaking installations.
