WHY are these changes introduced?

The app info command was previously lacking command-level unit tests despite having service-level coverage. Adding these tests increases test coverage and reduces regression risks during refactorings.

WHAT is this pull request doing?

This pull request implements comprehensive command-level unit tests for packages/app/src/cli/commands/app/info.ts covering:

  • Parsing flags and preparing context correctly.
  • Rendering layout when custom sections are returned.
  • Rendering JSON output via outputResult when --json flag is supplied.
  • Rendering text string output via outputResult when info service returns a string.
  • Handling of app loading errors by calling process.exit(2).

How to test your changes?
