ForgeCaps sync problems with Cardinal Component Api

Describe the bug

when enter the portal, the parcool mod says data sync problems, and the data "parcool.capability:stamina" is frozen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Trun on the Parcool mod and run somewhere (consume some stamina)
2. enter the portal of CustomPortals Mod
3. parcool mod is abnormally disabled and later send a error message
4. do /data get entity @s ForgeCaps and find parcool.capability:stamina" is frozen. (the whole ForgeCaps data is frozen)
   ...

i checked and found no related info in logs and debug.log
