Suggestion: Compile this lib as jar file and make it as standalone mc plugin

Enable this lib to work as mc plugin on any mc version and any mc fork (1.8+; paper, spigot, leaf, universespigot, folia, kanjii,...)

Why:

• because every plugin which want to use this lib need to shade and relocate it + some of them do not relocate it because of lack of knowledge and knowing consequences
• this was if we have this as plugin jar, everything can depend on 1 single instance of this lib freely without problems, just like we have ProtocolLib, PacketEvents, Vault....

Fair point, I might just make a "FoliaLibPlugin". The lib is meant to stay as a lib but I have no problem creating a boilerplate plugin which exposes the API
