Link the footer to PerchWerks - #448

The footer's "Operated by PerchWerks LLC" line read as fine print. It is now "LapWing is a PerchWerks product" with the shared bird mark, linking to perchwerks.com, so the app points back to the parent brand the way the company site points to LapWing. The Trans tag is <site>, not <link>: link is a void HTML element, so the Trans parser rendered an empty anchor with the text outside it. Summary
Before, the home-page footer said "Operated by PerchWerks LLC" in small grey text.
After, it reads "LapWing is a PerchWerks product" next to the shared bird mark. The PerchWerks link goes to perchwerks.com and turns violet on hover. This is a follow-up to #447.
How: a new
landing:footer.productOfkey replacesoperatedByin all seven locales. The translations were written by hand rather than seeded. The link is injected with<Trans>.
