docs: handoff carries only the destination's first system message - #1322

On handoff the destination's system prompt is its first system message; additional system messages in model.messages are dropped.

fern/squads/handoff/context-and-variables.mdx: on handoff, only the firstsystemmessage in the destination'smodel.messagesbecomes its system prompt; additional system messages are dropped. Customers who split instructions across several system messages lose all but the first.Evidence
