Use customed lrpairs

Create lrpairs_custom

Please follow the structure and colnames of lrpairs or demo_lrpairs() as follows:

# lrpairs is a data.frame object with 3 columns

Use lrpairs_custom

Replace the lrpairs with lrpairs_custom in the function of find_lr_path() to infer cell-cell communications
