feat(aidd-context): let learn ingest an explicit diff or file pointer #278

Reported from AKEO enterprise framework feedback (training follow-up).

Paired with #419 (slim learn): both rewrite the same skill. Landing them apart means touching learn twice, and re-slimming the input path this issue adds.

Problem

aidd-context:10-learn only ingests live conversation context. On next, actions/01-gather.md states its input as:

The trigger: the user invoked the skill, or a conversation signal auto-routed to it.

There is no way to point it at a diff or a file.

Consequence: code rules are worth capturing at review or merge time, but by then the reasoning and the diff are out of context. With the context flushed, learn has no material, and the user must paste the diff back into the conversation before invoking it.

Scope

• Accept an explicit pointer through $ARGUMENTS: a diff range, a PR, or a file path.
• Read it as source material when the originating conversation is gone.
• Keep today's path intact: capturing in the live session stays the default (business rules during brainstorm, code rules during review while the diff is still in context). This is for the case where that window was missed.

Acceptance criteria

• learn invoked with a diff range, a PR number, or a file path reads that source instead of the conversation.
• learn invoked with no argument behaves exactly as it does today.
• An unreadable or empty pointer fails loudly; it never silently falls back to an empty conversation.
• The new input path obeys the contract from refactor(aidd-context): the skill template still teaches the format onboard abandoned #418: it costs nothing on a run that does not use it.

Note on the original report

The issue first named actions/01-scope.md as the affected file. That file no longer exists — the skill was refactored and the action is now 01-gather.md. The problem it described is unchanged.
