Superseded by #1092. Observable process checks and written-file read-back are retained there; the older router and action layout are replaced by the lean contract.

🎯 What & why

Keep skill authoring concise: integrate observable checks into the process and reserve optional rules for constraints. Extracted from #1027 without changing its agent workflows.

🛠️ How it works

  • Contract: replace separate Test sections with Process checks and optional Rules.
  • Templates: align the generator actions and scaffolds; retain confirmation, path boundaries, read-back, and repair checks.
  • Wording: bold important opening words in bullets without procedural labels; keep one canonical home per rule and prefer positive instructions to never.

🧪 How to verify

  • Static checks: node scripts/check-architecture-rules.js passes; commit hooks pass 681 script tests. The CLI suite passes 7,025 tests, one skipped.
  • Scope: nine files under 04-skill-generate plus its architecture sentence. No agent, implementation, or reload changes.
  • Runtime: a new generated skill was not exercised for this extraction.

Preserve the lean skill format while carrying compatible checks and writing guidance from #1028 and #981. Prefer structured clarification questions through the current host.
