chore: open the release video on its thumbnail for one frame - #1101

A chat shows the first frame of a video as its preview, and the intro starts on the bare background, so the Discord announcement showed an empty picture. The video now begins with the thumbnail for one frame, then the intro as before. It is encoded again at its own bitrate, which kept it smaller. After the render, the video is re-encoded to begin with the thumbnail for one frame (1/30 s), then the intro as before. The sound is delayed by that frame. The video keeps its own bitrate, with a ceiling of 1.25 times that, so it stays small: 8.2 MB against 10.4 MB, under the 10 MiB Discord accepts as an attachment.
