Adds the account-scoped
Access: Apps and Policies Writepermission group to the CI deploy token so prod deploys can manage the gateway Access application insrc/access.ts.Passed as an explicit permission-group ID rather than the name shorthand, since alchemy's name lookup resolves duplicated names to the first (zone-scoped) catalog entry.
