Add weekly bouldering reminder

Summary

• Add a weekly Sunday 2pm CT scheduled reminder for #bouldering
• Rotate through a set of quirky climbing/bouldering reminder messages
• Skip safely when DISCORD_BOULDERING_CHANNEL_ID is not configured

Setup

• Add DISCORD_BOULDERING_CHANNEL_ID to the deployed Worker environment so Lynn knows which Discord channel to post in.

Testing

• NODE_OPTIONS="--import=tsx" pnpm lint
• pnpm --package=typescript dlx tsc --noEmit

Note: I did not run an end-to-end Discord/Cloudflare live scheduled-message test because I do not have the bot/deploy secrets locally.
