Meetings › Settings now reads in the order things happen: what Hex does when a call starts, then what happens after a meeting. The rare rows sit behind one disclosure.

Before: After a meeting came first, then Calendar, then nine Detected calls rows (one per service plus each chosen site), then Advanced.

After:

• The Meetings (beta) switch on its own.
• When a call starts: one Detected calls row with an answer for every call (Ask / Always record / Never offer). Its second line names the services that follow it. Under it are only the services with their own answer, then "Set a different answer for one app…", then Remind me before meetings.
• After a meeting: Summaries, Keep meetings ("Then audio, transcripts and notes move to the Trash"), Transcript folder ("A Markdown copy of each meeting").
• Recording indicator and permissions ▸ in place of Advanced.

Notes:

• A website or app that was never listed and never chosen used to Ask. After this change it gets the default, which is still Ask for anyone who hasn't changed it.
• "Set a different answer…" gives the chosen service the next answer (Always record, or Ask when the default is Always record). Its own row then changes it, and picking the default's answer folds it back in.
• Once a calendar is connected, its reminder rows (switch, lead time, calendars, next meetings) sit in the same card under Detected calls.
• Copy is translated into every language. docs/features/meetings.md and docs/cli.md are updated.
