Narrows the Renovate schedule for regular package updates from every weekday night (
* 0-5 * * 2-5, Tue–Fri) to Tuesday nights only (* 0-5 * * 2), so the bot no longer opens dependency-update PRs every day. ThelockFileMaintenanceschedule (Monday nights,* 0-5 * * 1) is left unchanged.Mirrors apify/crawlee-python#2058.
