Upgrade Node.js to 26.13.0 through mise - #259

Pin the requested Node.js 26.13.0 LTS release and select pnpm through mise from the existing integrity-pinned packageManager declaration. Regenerate the toolchain locks and keep package-manager supply-chain guardrails enabled. This requested LTS migration adopts Node.js 26.13.0 before the normal toolchain cooldown.

Advance the mise-managed Node.js toolchain from 24.22.0 to 26.13.0 LTS and regenerate its artifact locks. mise selects pnpm from the existing integrity-pinned packageManager declaration.
Update the checksum-verified mise bootstrap to 2026.10.21 for pnpm 12 launcher support. Official release checksums were verified for Linux x64 and both macOS architectures.
Remove the redundant .node-version file so mise owns the runtime pin.
The requested migration adopts the Node.js 26.13.0 LTS release immediately, before the normal toolchain cooldown. Existing pnpm release-age guardrails remain enabled.
