Adds the optional PIN System discussed in #516.
This contribution includes four independent, color-coded pairs of Apple Shortcuts:
Each pair consists of a Foqos PIN Shortcut and its corresponding Foqos Unlock Shortcut. The PIN Shortcut is intended to be kept by another person, while the Unlock Shortcut is kept by the person using Foqos.
The PIN changes approximately every 10 minutes using UTC-based time logic. Each color uses its own matching PIN system, allowing multiple people to use separate pairs without their PIN generators unlocking one another's Foqos sessions.
