Teranode announces blocks as lists of subtree hashes over libp2p within a DHT. ARC BlockTx service needs to be replaces with a microservice which listens to these new block announcements and downloads the subtrees over http endpoints. We aim to replace BlockTx with something we'd call Merkle Service
