148Apps is an iOS app review site with a dedicated submission page and a named reviews editor (Campbell Bird). Fit is moderate (3/5), but the bigger issue is timing: they explicitly discourage pre-release review requests, so this lead cannot go out with the standard outreach batch.
From their submission page: "We will occasionally look at a TestFlight build. But it's an extra step that we don't usually have that much time for." They recommend waiting for the official App Store release and sending promo codes instead.
This conflicts with the batch template, whose body offers the beta ("in beta ahead of a September App Store release... I'd love for you to try it"). Sending the standard draft would pitch exactly what they've asked people not to pitch. Hold until the App Store release, then send a purpose-written email.
Security note: their site warns that impersonators use unofficial Gmail addresses posing as their editor. The lead data carries george.bird@148apps.com, which does not match the editor name found during research (Campbell Bird) — re-read the contact address off the submission page before sending, and do not trust the address in the leads report.
