Looks good! I think we can merge this after doing an real world / integration test with the linkchecking result lookup during import.
Coordinate this with @wowasa, see clarin-eric/linkchecker-persistence#32

Upgrade to Spring Boot 4 and Spring 7 - mostly about junit 4 -> junit 5+
Also upgraded to servlet 6 and tomcat 11
Solr tests (wicket-tester) still requires junit 4 - 2 tests
Addresses #441
