When the SIS is accessed from the clarin.eu domain, i.e., at https://standards.clarin.eu/sis/ , with Firefox with the NoScript extension enabled, you will not be able to use the side menu (whitelisting https://clarin.ids-mannheim.de/ doesn't help). The reason is (I speculate) cross-site abuse protection, and the way around that is to disable NoScript in the tab where the SIS is running, as shown below.
