There's no mobile or iOS backend template in the gallery yet (38 templates on main as of Sept 2026). I built one and would like feedback before opening a PR, per CONTRIBUTING.
Repo: https://github.com/sdvsignal/kit-ios-worker-template (MIT, Deploy button works, provisions KV + D1)
What it does:
- StoreKit 2 transaction verification and entitlements, plus App Store Server Notifications V2. This is mounted from the MIT-licensed
storekit-cloudflare-workers package rather than reimplemented.
- Failure events sent from the app, logged to D1.
- A per-device KV rate limit that returns 429 with
Retry-After.
Tests: 5 unit tests and 8 Playwright API tests against wrangler dev; wrangler deploy --dry-run is clean.
My actual question: is a template whose core depends on a third-party npm package OK for the gallery, or would you want the StoreKit piece vendored into the template or dropped entirely? That decision changes the structure enough that I'd rather ask before writing the PR.
Happy to adjust to the gallery conventions either way.
