I don't have a windows machine and there is a test failing on Windows which makes me think the Url handling is completely broken on Windows, making bacon-ls not functional at all on this platform.
With #144 merged, bacon-ls should be mostly usable on windows.
If you'd like, I could further help you out with the windows side of bacon-ls in the future.

Happy to have help for the windows side, I don't have a way to properly test it, same goes for vscode, since I use vim...
