feat(XP3): repack HxCrypt archives reusing original index

添加 HxCrypt 加密的 xp3 文件的封包支持（封包时需要指定原始 xp3 文件，以提取 Hxv4 索引）

测试：DRACU-RIOT! QHD Edition，voice.xp3 解包 + 处理 + 封包后，音频可正常播放

界面：新增「索引模板」行，仅在选中 HxCrypt 加密时展示

These games when fully unpacked, one can simply replace the used Kirikiri main executable for a clean one straight from the engine's source code, allowing one to pack them using unencrypted .xp3 files.

While an interesting effort, it just seems to be very fragile, specially knowing that there are multiple variants of HxCrypt...

If I had to say something, I'm not even sure why GarBro offers the possibility of creating xp3 files, when one can do as I described before and with the official toolset, create good working xp3 files (the engine accepts the files being unpacked so it's kinda pointless IMHO to begin with...).

GARbro is suitable for creating simple archive file.
