I have used various other tricks to produce more compact code in pdp11, and they do work well (1-2% savings), but cowbe grows by about 10%. I've tried to use Operands, but once RegId switches to uint32, cowbe grows even more... |

Preferred values cache is independent from register cache and should be reset separately; I don't recall why FindConflictingRegisters() change was needed, but both of these changes save a few bytes.
