Summary
A framed PowerPoint column chart's right legend seats its label baseline about
1.8pt below native PowerPoint's on an 18pt Arial chart. #1435 fixed the gross
9.2pt centring error and is closed; #1680 owns the key's seat relative to that
baseline. The baseline itself still has no issue, and #1680's own page-8 table
records the same residual as "#1435's residual on this deck".
Measured
tests/fixtures/pptx/bar-chart.pptx repackaged as an Arial column chart by
scripts/probes/issue-1674-column-plot-face.json, on the deck's own
480 x 320pt graphic frame. Reference: the native PowerPoint 16.113.1 export of
that variant package, mutool draw -F trace, page points down from the page top.

1.827pt low. #1680's issue-1439-legend-key-face.json table records the same
292.3200 native baseline for its Arial 18pt row, so the two sets agree on the
reference.
The residual is unchanged by #1674: that fix moves the plot's top edge 2.47pt,
and powerpoint_right_legend_y_shift gives the movement back so the legend
keeps this seat exactly. Both builds measure 294.147.
The legend key's fill also differs from native at its top and bottom edges by
2.7pt-tall slices at x 531.65-540.70 — that is #1680's key seat seen as fill
coverage, not a separate finding.
Expected
The stacked legend's vertical centre is measured against native the way
[PPTX_COLUMN_RIGHT_LEGEND_Y_SHIFT_PT] was, but on the face sweep rather than
the size sweep alone: the pair is a function of the legend's size only, and
whether it also moves with the face is unmeasured. The three #1674 probe specs
export the faces needed.
Related: #1674, #1680
