qt_test now adds the x86_64 console fixture and DX_QT_CONSOLE_FIXTURE only on @dx_qt//:windows_x86_64; the console test returns early when the variable is unset. Local Bazel could not load MODULE.bazel on main (gotreesitter use_repo conflict), so nothing was run locally; consumer/nested tests not run.
Evidence run 42378583165 (windows_x86_64 and windows_arm64): success. Earlier runs: 42373902751, 42374272096.
