The worktree hand-off in the cmd launcher used
call ... %*, which expands percent sequences a second time. Now it runs the sibling launcher withoutcall;exit /b %errorlevel%is kept. Added a render test for the hand-off line.Tested:
//cli/adopt:allpasses exceptoverrides::tests::table_matches_the_repo_module_bazel(gcc_toolchain patches), which this change does not touch. Not run: Windows e2e (no Windows runner here).Assisted by Claude.
