Java and Scala add
-Werror/-Xfatal-warningsthroughdx_warnings_as_errors;-Xlint:allstays. Kotlin has one options rule with awerrorbool; the shared default sets it from the helper, and<name>_kotlinc_optsis declared whenkotlinc_optsortreat_warnings_as_errorsis set. Added a Kotlin analysistest with the flag off (warnstaysreport) and on.Notes
