Persist the future TODO in CLAUDE.md's Future-work section so it survives across sessions (the task list is session-only): reword the otel_tracing.py comment that names "Datadog" as an example OTLP backend, to clear mcpgrade.dev's false-positive "sends telemetry to Datadog" finding. Captures the mcpgrade context (static-analysis "D" with several false positives + an unscored injection-surface check) so a future session has the background. No code/behaviour change.
