WebUI 设置页已有「向量记忆」分区（开关/向量接口/API Key/模型/最大输入/测试连接）， 用户手册与部署文档改为引导设置页操作，不再要求编辑 config.json/.env。

WebUI 设置页已有独立的「向量记忆」分区（开关/向量接口/API Key/模型/最大输入/测试连接按钮）。用户手册与部署文档的向量记忆章节改为引导设置页操作，不再要求编辑 data/config.json 或 .env；Docker 场景保留 host.docker.internal 说明，环境变量仅作等价备注。
