unique_name wrongly going into to_dict dicts when default. #324

In the NewBase, when the parent has a custom unique_name, it does not append unique_name to its skip list, which is fine for the object itself, but since we use the same skip list to recursively deserialize, any underlying objects will then also get their unique_name serialized, which they shouldn't.
