I moved into software development in 2019 after a few years in marketing and team leadership. Leading a 15-person customer service team at Eesti Post (2015–2019) taught me how to manage cross-functional communication under pressure - I raised NPS from -100 to +30 and cut inquiry resolution time by 40%.
Since then I've built internal tools and client platforms as a developer: internal client management and meeting-management software at Markit Holding (2019–2022), and most recently at OIXIO Digital (2024–2026), where I led a JavaScript-to-TypeScript refactor and worked closely with non-technical stakeholders to document and hand off features. I'm currently freelancing.
