[Feature Request]: Connect Button in SSH Account Manager

If you have a lot of connections the small dropdown for conneciton is getting confusing - it would be a good feature if there is a connection button in the SSH Manager. There is a bigger view and you can select your connection better 😊

The question is what do you expect to happen?
The connection manager is used many tools within CodeLite, each does something else. So when hitting the suggested "Connect' button, what should happen?

Currently this small dropdown can be used to connect to an existing SSH connection:

If you have a lot of connections like me (eg. 80) than this small dropdown is very inconvenient to select an existsing SSH connection to connect to. The "Connect" button in the SSH Manager should to the same as selecting an SFTP connection in this small dropdown - it should connect via SFTP to the select connection 😊

The big advantage is that in your SSH manager you see all your connections in a big window and can nicly select them and connect instead of using the small dropdown 😅
