This PR updates the project to Gradle 9.5.0, the latest Android Gradle plugin version,
explicitly adds support for the Android library target, and removes the buildSrc to save configure/build time by substituting its functionality with a version catalog.
Also, since this PR updates to Kotlin 2.3.21,
kotlinx.datetime.Instanthas been replaced bykotlin.time.Instant, since it's API compatible. However, this still makes this an ABI breaking change, so a major version bump would be in order.Cheers.
