Compute RAMSES hyperspectral wavelengths

This PR provides utilities to compute RAMSES hyperspectral wavelengths and integration to the ArgoFloat class.

• Implement core utilities
• Implement computation for a single wavelengths vector (based on launch parameters)
• Implement computation for a list of wavelengths vector (depending on mission parameters)
• Integrate the computation as an automatic addition to some specific dataset through the ArgoFloat class

New high-levels APIs for a float with auxiliary data:
