CI failure is unrelated and transient, but either case #1011 will deal with a potential cleanup. So I go ahead and merge this now. |

This has been disabled for a while and #1009 prompted me to clean it up. I still left in the coverage generation in the pytest command in case we want to dig up stats from the logs or ssh in the runners.
