Description

This PR extends the digitization of the Gold Standard Methodology for Emission Reductions from Safe Drinking Water Supply from v1.0 to v2.0 in Hedera Guardian to support the updated methodology and policy workflow.

Changes

  • Design and approve schemas required for the methodology.
  • Implement user onboarding workflows for Activity Developers and VVB Users.
  • Implement Activity Developer, VVB User, and Admin policy workflows.
  • Add workflow documentation (README).
  • Complete policy implementation.
  • Tested synthetic dataset.

  • Activity Developer onboarding schema
  • VVB User onboarding schema
  • Project Form schema
  • Project Design Document (PDD) schema
  • Validation Report schema
  • Monitoring Report schema
  • Verification Report schema

Policy Development

@Yapa-Xep @OshanM @palindaa can you please confirm this includes the updated Paris Aligned Templates? We'd like to have them consistent across policies. @gautamp8 has been working on this, maybe there can be some alignment so we're not working off two separate copies. cc @saharshkhicha18

@Pyatakov @saharshkhicha18 the policy workflow has been updated to integrate the Math Block, replacing the calculations previously implemented using the Custom Logic Block.

refac(policy): resolve methodology calculations and schemas

- Mint tokens on post-materiality figures instead of pre-materiality (P1)
- Align EFb calculation with Eq. 1 methodology specifications (P2)
- Add numeric validation across all calculation schemas (P3)
- Introduce charcoal support and mandatory WCCF ratios (P4)
- Restore calculation of Δy, BAU, and BE_unadj (P5)
- Reinstate intermediate audit trail records (P6)
- Fix multi-location leakage option resolution per location (P7)
