We haven't updated our airgap testing to use 4.22 so isn't this a little premature?

@IanBoden We have captured the airgap 4.22 test results in the jira https://jsw.ibm.com/browse/MASCORE-16779 We are good to add 4.22 in fvt daily. |

Adding OCP 4.22 changes

OCP 4.22 changes are made only on fyre and AWS.
OCP 4.22 is not yet released on IBM CLoud (ROKS) hence 4.22 is not enabled in ROKS.
