Search is super jittery

[DavidNic11]

The search modal resizes on keypress change which gives a super jittery experience. There should probably be a minimum size it can be so it doesn't twitch out and when the list loads longer than the height allows a nice transition to a better fit or a scroll list inside the already defined height.

Done. Here's a summary of the work.

Summary

Issue: imaustink/glyph#54 — "Search is super jittery."

Root cause: The ⌘K search modal (src/lib/components/search/SearchModal.svelte) was sized entirely by its content and vertically centered in the viewport. Because the results list flexed to its content, every keypress that changed the number of matches resized the panel and re-centered it — I reproduced this in the running app: the panel's top edge jumped from ~y122 (many results) to ~y325 (one result) to ~y337 (no results), twitching on each keystroke.

Fix: Gave the results container a fixed height (min(60vh, 420px)) instead of flex: 1, so:

• Short result sets / "no results" keep a stable minimum height (no twitch).
• Long lists scroll inside that defined height instead of growing the modal.
• The panel's size and position stay constant while typing.
• A subtle fade-in smooths the one-time transition when results first appear.

The empty (pre-typing) state stays compact as before. Change is CSS-only; markup and behavior are unchanged.

Verification:

• Playwright screenshots confirmed all states (many / one / none) now occupy the identical box with internal scrolling — before/after captured on the localStorage backend.
• pnpm check (svelte-check): 0 errors, 0 warnings.
• I reverted an unrelated pnpm-lock.yaml change that my pnpm version had introduced during install, so the diff contains only t…
