This repository describes the XML format for sequencing data transfer to IMGAG.
We use a XML format as specified in the XML schema NgsMetaData_schema.xsd.
The file NgsMetaData_example_srWGS_duo.xml contains an example of a mother-child duo sequenced using Illumina WGS.
