- Artificial-tendon tensile testing: designed a surgical-suture specimen mounting method to eliminate grip slippage; the project record reports a 19× improvement in test reliability.
- 3D-printer workspace redesign: increased workbench capacity from four to five printers (+25%); the rear-mount spool-holder completed 100+ observed printing hours without mechanical failure.
