Summary

Introduces OpenBoxes Lift (the hosted SaaS at https://openboxes.cloud) across the marketing site. The site stays focused on the community edition, docs, and DIY/self-hosted guidance; cloud/managed-hosting content is reframed to promote Lift, and Lift is surfaced on the high-traffic pages.

Navigation (config.toml)

  • Single Platform link → https://openboxes.cloud in the top nav (new tab).
  • Blog moved into the Docs and Community sub-menus.
  • "Deploy on Managed Cloud" → "Deploy on OpenBoxes Lift".

Demo links → https://openboxes.cloud/demo

  • Every demo link now points at the Lift demo; "Schedule a Demo" labels relabeled "Try the Demo"; duplicate buttons collapsed. Two reused-demo-Calendly booking links repointed to the Discovery booking.

Pricing (/pricing)

  • Old "Cloud Hosting / Join Waitlist" card is now the OpenBoxes Lift card — highlighted "Most Popular", from $75/mo (founding-member footnote), Configuration / Data Migration / Dedicated Support included.
  • Support matrix reworked 5 → 4: Community + Lift Shared / Dedicated / Enterprise; all Lift CTAs → openboxes.cloud/pricing.
  • Add-on Services reframed for self-hosted users; FAQs position Lift for orgs without dev resources / unable to self-host.
  • Removed the waitlist (modal, config, /waitlist page); /demo + /waitlist redirect to Lift.

Lift placements across the site

Cost Analysis (TCO), homepage carousel + a new managed-hosting section, Features callout, benefits CTA, Quote/Services notes, and the Support page rework. See screenshots below.

Docs

  • docs/openboxes-lift.md — Lift tiers/pricing/positioning (source: peer lift repo).

Verified: builds clean on pinned Hugo 0.92.2; zero demo.openboxes.com, calendly.com/openboxes/demo, "Join Waitlist", "Schedule a Demo", or stale support-tier strings in the build.

All before/after captures (incl. full-page home-full / pricing-full, mobile nav, and the orphaned /demo + /waitlist pages) are in docs/pr-screenshots/. The screenshot commits should be dropped before merge.

Add the new hosted product, OpenBoxes Lift (https://openboxes.cloud), as a
top-level "Platform" nav item and reframe the existing cloud/managed-hosting
content to promote it. The site otherwise stays focused on the community
edition, docs, and DIY/self-hosted guidance.

Navigation (config.toml):
- Add top-level "Platform" -> https://openboxes.cloud
- Move "Blog" out of the top nav into the Docs and Community sub-menus
- Repoint "Deploy on Managed Cloud" -> "Deploy on OpenBoxes Lift" (Lift URL)

Demo links -> https://openboxes.cloud/demo:
- Route every "Try the Demo" / "Schedule a Demo" link to the Lift demo and
relabel "Schedule a Demo" as "Try the Demo" (config, demo/footer/benefits/
signup partials, carousel + support data, one blog CTA)
- Collapse duplicate demo buttons left behind by the relabel
- Point the reused-demo-Calendly "Cost Analysis"/"Training" booking links at
the Discovery booking instead, preserving their intent

Cloud Hosting -> OpenBoxes Lift (pricing):
- Rename the "Cloud Hosting / Coming Soon / Join Waitlist" package to
"OpenBoxes Lift" with a "Get Started" link to the product
- Update the lead copy, footnote, support-plan references, and the
  deploy-unavailable modal
- Remove the cloud-hosting waitlist (modal, [params.waitlist], the /waitlist
page and its partial) and redirect /demo and /waitlist to Lift

Pull request overview

This PR updates the Hugo marketing site to introduce and promote OpenBoxes Lift (hosted SaaS) across high-traffic pages, replacing legacy “Cloud Hosting / Waitlist” and demo-booking flows with Lift-oriented CTAs, pricing/support positioning, and redirects.

Changes:

  • Repoints demo/CTA links site-wide to https://openboxes.cloud/demo and surfaces Lift CTAs in homepage, features, benefits, cost analysis, footer, and support content.
  • Reworks /pricing to replace the old cloud/waitlist offering with Lift packages + a new 4-column support matrix (Community + Lift Shared/Dedicated/Enterprise), and removes the waitlist modal/page.
  • Updates navigation/menus and adds internal Lift reference documentation (docs/openboxes-lift.md) to help keep on-site copy aligned with Lift pricing/tiering.
