Integrate @code_curiosity Twitter handle

• We can ask people to update their twitter handle in their profile. It's not mandatory.
• Whenever someone requests a redemption, we should tweet "#Reward of $<amount converted to $ based on subscription> requested by {@handle | Name} #opensource"
• When a redemption is fulfilled, we should tweet "Hooray! {@handle | Name} has just been #rewarded $<amount converted to $ based on subscription>. #opensource"

This should generate a buzz.
