Walk the workspace without entering excluded directories, so patterns like `./node_modules` prune the walk as with find instead of filtering files after a full recursive scan. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

@keith Maybe it's better to invest into making that bazel-contrib/buildtools#1486 merged actually instead of reviewing and merging mine. |
