SPUP AdServIS is a capstone project developed for the Office of the Vice President for Administrative and General Services (OVP-AGS) of St. Paul University Philippines. The system is designed to streamline and automate the university’s administrative service processes, making them paperless and more efficient.
- Job Order Management: Manage requests, assignments, and progress tracking for various administrative tasks.
- Venue Booking Management: Reserve and schedule university venues, with automated conflict checking and approval workflows.
- Parking Sticker Application Management: Apply for and manage parking stickers for students, staff, and faculty.
- Inventory Management: Track, allocate, and monitor university assets and supplies.
The goal of SPUP AdServIS is to modernize and digitize the workflows of SPUP OVP-AGS, reducing paperwork and manual processes, and providing a seamless experience for both administrators and end-users.
