figshare's AHEAD atlas download (uvaauas.figshare.com) is currently being
blocked by an AWS WAF bot-challenge for scripted/non-browser clients
(confirmed via curl -I: x-amzn-waf-action: challenge, HTTP 202, empty
body). websave doesn't error in this case - it silently saves the HTML
challenge page, appending .html to the filename - so the expected
.tar.gz never exists and the resulting untar error ("unable to find
file") gave no indication of the real cause.
download_AHEAD now checks that websave's returned filename matches the
expected .tar.gz path and raises a clear, actionable error explaining the
bot-challenge and giving a manual fallback (direct download URL + exact
destination path) when it doesn't.
Verified live: CIT168 and MuSus-100 still download/extract normally;
AHEAD now fails with the new diagnostic message instead of the confusing
untar error.

- get_set_qsm_Chi_separation.m: strip the single quotes that wrap R2s/R2 edit-field values when writing the config file, so re-loading a config no longer leaves literal quote marks in those fields; also trigger the solver popup's callback after setting its Value on load so R2s/R2/Dr enable state and Dr default are correctly applied for the loaded solver. - check_and_set_SEPIA_header_data.m: pass through r2s and its availableFileList entry, which were previously dropped.
