Implement IncubationProgramV1 for EBEF's Conviron GR48 walk-in plant growth chamber. A walk-in room has materially different occupancy, safety, reservation, and environmental semantics from a reach-in chamber and must remain a distinct implementation.

Acceptance criteria:

• Confirm the installed GR48 controller, temperature, humidity, additive CO2, lighting, airflow, growth-area/height, alarms, and remote/data interfaces.
• Model the chamber as its own EBEF Asset/Zone with explicit capacity and occupancy, including its ability to contain other equipment needing environmental control.
• Support staged temperature, humidity, CO2, illumination, photoperiod, and long duration programs.
• Represent people/material access, door events, contained equipment, and reservation exclusivity without conflating the room with a portable incubator.
• Lower through a truthful reviewed controller/vendor-session format unless a supported programmable interface is verified.
• Preserve environmental traces, deviations, alarms, access events, and completion evidence.
